30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase we want to know about and be given a chance to make it right for you.  If it cannot be made right we will return your purchase price once all machines have completed the revoke license procedures to ensure no licenses are running.

Support Fees

Support Tickets are a service, as such they are not refundable.  Once a Support Ticket has been purchased it will remain on the account until it is used or expires.

Credit Card Fraud

If you have been the victim of credit card fraud please notify us immediately.  We will work with your bank to ensure you are not charged for fraudulent charges and prosecute the party responsible.  Please do not charge back the fraudulent charge without contacting us (chargeback fees are quite high), we will assist you in the fraud process.  It is much easier for us as the vendor to issue a delayed refund than to process a chargeback.

Chargebacks are not a legal way to request a refund.  If you chargeback a valid charge for one of our software products we will sue you for the damages to our credit rating, the fees associated with the chargeback process, and the original license cost.  The only legal way to get a refund is to request one, reporting a fraudulent charge to your bank when you were the purchaser is illegal, and can lead to your prosecution from your bank.

If you do not agree to the terms of the End User License Agreement for your product or servicesyou may return the software within 30 days for a full refund as long as the software has not been installed on any machine and the software license key not activated.
